Personal statement:
Medicine has always been a part of my life, my ability to communicate clearly & concisely is the key to the success of my relationship with the patient & I am working on improving this communication skill through being a supplementary instructor & tutor.
I enjoy working in a team but also as an individual & taking responsibility for my own is challenging environment to me, I am eagerly waiting the chance to learn the rest.
I intended to take full advantage of a residency program in internal medicine &to use knowledge I acquired there to heal patient & train others interested in the field, always want to be resource for my patient & source of continual medical care.

Employment history:
- Periodic resident from 2010 to 2012 in Al_Mawanee general & Abu_Alkhaseeb general hospitals including medicine, surgery, gynecology, pediatric as well as ICU &CCU units under supervision of consultants & professors.
- I took a gab year caring child vocation.
- Graded physician in 2013 for 6 months in Abu_Alkhaseeb general hospital & Al_Karma health care centre _ Basra University.
- Trainee since Aug.2016 in physical medicine, rheumatology & rehabilitation outpatient at Al_demerdash teaching hospital.
Clinical experience:
I used my practical experience into gather a full medical history &perform a thorough physical examination to look for sign of inflammation throughout the whole body & musculoskeletal system plus family history which is very important to the diagnosis of Rheumatoid diseases.
In addition, review results of any prior testing &may order additional lab test to assess conditions such as Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, SLE, gout, Ankylosing spondylitis, scleroderma, osteoporosis, osteonecrosis, fibromyalgia, chronic back pain, myopathies & vasculitides.
Regarding rehabilitation, I use my knowledge in determining rehabilitation programs & sessions for injured, post operative & traumatic MSK regions with full neurological examination & radiological assessment.
I can set Treatment plan including medical, physical therapy for joints/tendons injuries beside referral to specialist if needed.
Also giving advice about medication, coping mechanism & technique for preventing disability or regaining function as a way to improve quality of life.
